**Event Management/Coordinator Package**
Our **Event Management/Coordinator Package** offers comprehensive support to ensure your tournament is organized and executed seamlessly from start to finish. We handle all aspects of promotion and marketing, build the event structure, and coordinate stage management, scorekeeping, and zoning/grouping structures. Logistics are expertly managed to ensure your tournament stays on schedule.
We provide printed registration forms, rule sheets, and score sheets for all teams, complete with labeled folders and pens. A captains’ meeting is held via Zoom before the event to clarify rules and grouping orders. Our team assists in securing the perfect venue based on your needs and handles all necessary licenses, including bar, special events, dancehall, COTT, and environmental licenses.
We prepare sponsorship letters (though sponsorship is not guaranteed) and set up the full infrastructure for your event, which may include a sound system, DJ, host, screens, games, raffle, tables, chairs, scoreboards, and photography/videography services. Additional amenities such as a bar or tea/coffee station can be arranged at an extra cost, along with inventory and supplies.
We also provide a clean-up crew, promotional models, and everything needed to make your tournament an outstanding success!
