  1. Promote & market your entire Tournament from start to finish.
  2. Build the structure for the entire event.
  3. Stage management coordination, score and record keeping, zoning/ grouping structures
  4. Ensure logistics are set for your tournament to start and finish on time for all games.
  5. Printed registration forms, rules sheet and score sheet packages for all teams in labeled folders with a pen.
  6. Captains meeting before the tournament via Zoom for rule sheet clarification and grouping orders.
  7. Assistance with securing and booking a venue according to your needs and requirements.
  8. We organize all licenses needed for the tournament including but not limited to Bar license, Special Events license, Dancehall license, COTT license, Environmental Management Essentials license.
  9. Preparation of Sponsorship letters. Please note (Sponsorship is not guaranteed).
  10. Full amenities infrastructure including but not limited to Sound System, DJ, Host, Screens,
  Games, Raffle, Tables, Chairs, Scoreboards, Photographers/Videographers etc.
  11. Set up your Bar (inventory included at additional cost).
  12. Set up Tea/Coffee station (supplies included at additional cost).
  13. Clean up crew.
  14. Promotional Models for event.
